Asset Management Information System

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited to provide an Asset Management Information System (AMIS) solution to cover as much of the asset lifecycle / process enablement as possible.

The solution will include:
* A single source of truth asset register for Council;
* Work order processing - full lifecycle - all activity and costs at various asset / service levels;
* Geospatial mapping interoperability;
* Desktop and full mobility on any mobile device / platform enablement;
* Full visibility through on-screen map enabled display with drill-down to work orders and assets;
* Auto-populated data fields - drop-down list data selection - minimal in-the-field data entry;
* Standard suite of dashboards, meters and reports with user defined report variants;
* Predictive modelling / capital renewal planning and development - what-if scenarios based on level of service and treatment type;
* Capability for predictive asset determination modelling, utilising condition data, and mathematical routines relative to the asset type, that allow scenario planning for strategic asset management, based on optimum future performance; and
* International Infrastructure Management Manual 2015 and International Organisation for Standardisation 55000 Asset Management alignment.
