Club Bistro & Catering Licence Opportunity

⁠⁠⁠The Wangaratta RSL Sub Branch is seeking Expressions of Interest submissions for the Licence to operate the Bistro and Catering Services at the club. Located in the Gourmet and Food and Wine Region of Northeast Victoria, the club has a vibrant membership of over 1100 active members which is growing significantly year on year.

Commencing on 7th January 2017 in the existing premises, the opportunity also includes the Licensee relocating with the club to its exciting new, larger riverside home later in 2017. This new stage in the club's 90 year history anticipates a range of dining experiences for members and guests and a lively function and events trade.

The club presently offers a 70 seat dining facility, as well as a function room with a capacity of another 80. The new premises will offer a 120 seat bistro and a 140 seat function room along with alfresco areas.

The club will enter into a Licence Agreement with the successful tenderer for a term of two (2) years with a further two (2) plus two (2) year options to extend.
