Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of the building shell, including services and external finishes, for a new amenities building at St Lukes North, Canada Bay.

Tender documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $110.00 (including GST) and interested parties are required to register to download and access the documents.

For assistance in accessing the documents or submitting a tender please use the online manual on the portal under Support / Online Manuals /Making a Submission or contact Tenderlink Customer Support on 1800-233-533.

An on-site inspection will be held on Thursday 20 October at 10.30am. Interested parties are to meet on the grass behind the Child Care Centre.

Submissions close Thrusday 10th November at 2:00pm.

Late tenders will not be accepted.
