CN001243: St Arnaud Station Building.
VicTrack invites tenders from suitably qualified organisations for construction only heritage refurbishment works. The project encompasses re-pointing brick work, internal flooring repairs, installing new gutters, downpipes, drainage, painting and other works associated with the St Arnaud station building.
The works include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Rebuild parts of the subfloor structure in accordance with the drawings;
* Restump stump in locations as detailed in the structural drawings;
* Repair parts of the floor structure in the Station Building as detailed in the drawings;
* Installation of new Rain Water Goods (RWG) as detailed in the drawings;
* Repair of the roof, flashings, etc. as detailed in the drawings;
* Repair of all external windows and installation of new glass to all windows as detailed in the drawings;
* Repair of all external doors and installation of new glass to all doors (where doors had glass) all as detailed in the drawings;
* Installation of new key alike door hardware and locks to all external doors all as detailed in the drawings;
* External painting of rain water goods and all previously painted and new timbers and other works as detailed in the drawings and specifications;
* Installation of new pits, sumps and associated drainage as per the drawings & specifications.
