Invitation to Tender
The Corangamite Shire Council invites tenders for the provision of plant hire and associated services for earthworks at the Corangamite Regional Landfill. Earthworks include, but are not limited to bulk excavation, placement of material, compaction of material, moisture conditioning of clay, trimming of material to design levels and grades and maintenance of haul roads.
Specifically Council is seeking to procure the wet hire of:
* Scrapers for the bulk excavation and placement of material;
* Compaction and roller plant for compaction of clay material in accordance with design requirements;
* Water carts and other associated plant for moisture conditioning of clay and maintenance of haul roads;
* Bulldozers with GPS for trimming to design levels and grades; and
* Portable GPS survey equipment to check design levels and grades
