Request for Tender Purchase of Client Management System Software Package

The Town of Bassendean is seeking to engage an experienced Contractor for the provision of the above service throughout the Town of Bassendean.

An electronic copy of the Tender documents may be obtained by sending an email with the subject heading “RFT CO 053 2016-17 Purchase of Client Management System Software Package”, with their company name, contact person, and contact phone number within the email to mgodfrey@bassendean.wa.gov.au. Tender closes 10.00am Wednesday 26th October 2016.

Tender Documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "RFT CO 053 2016-17 Purchase of Client Management System Software Package", and either:
1. Delivered by hand to the Council's Tender Box located in the Town's Customer Service Centre, 35 Old Perth Road, Bassendean; or
2. Mailed to Bob Jarvis, Chief Executive Officer, Town of Bassendean, PO Box 87, Bassendean, WA 6934.

Electronic mail and Facsimile Tenders will not be accepted. Canvassing of any Town of Bassendean councillors or officers will disqualify Tenderers from the Tender process.
