Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the replacement of the roof at the Gasworks building located at 347-353 Wellington Street, Perth.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at 10.00am on Wednesday 12 October 2016. Tenderers are to meet at the corner of Wellington Street and McLean Laneway, Perth. Please confirm your attendance to Phoebe Huigens on 9461 3484 or phoebe.huigens@cityofperth.wa.gov.au by 5pm on Tuesday 11 October 2016. Please note that should you wish to enter the warehouse that PPE will be required to be worn.
