Tender Description
UrbanGrowth NSW is seeking Tenders from Tenderers who wish to participate and deliver two apartment Buildings in Stage 4 of the Newleaf project.
The Buildings comprise:
* Building 1: a Design & Construct Contract (D&C Contract) to construct an apartment building comprising 18 Private Apartments in Stage 4, in accordance with the DA;
and
* Building 2: a Design & Construct Contract (D&C Contract) to construct an apartment building comprising 12 Social Apartments in Stage 4, in accordance with the DA.
