Tender Description
DFAT seeks to procure a contractor to implement the Vanuatu Australia Policing and Justice Program. The Program is to be implemented jointly by the Australian Federal Police (AFP), through a separate arrangement with DFAT, and a contractor.
The contractor will be responsible for the technical implementation and strategic direction of the justice aspects of the Program, including the technical output of advisers, and the whole of program administration. The contractor will also provide administrative and technical development support to the AFP policing advisers, as required.
