Invitation to Tender for - Base Building Works for the Adaptive Reuse of the Fenwick Stone Building.

Tenders close at 11.00 am on Tuesday, 25th October 2016.
The main scope of works include the:
Base building works for the existing Fenwick Stone Building at 2-8 Weston Street, Balmain East
Construction of new public WC facilities and a new mechanical lift adjacent to the building;
There will be a non-mandatory pre-tender site inspection held on Thursday 6th October 2016 at 10:00 am at the Fenwick Stone Building 2-8 Weston Street, Balmain East.
