Tender Description
Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the design and construction of the Woolooware Bay shared pathway. The works include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Design of viewing boardwalks, decks and pile systems
* Drainage
* Remediation and reclamation works
* Construction of seawalls
* Sandfill and saltmarsh planting
* Construction of sand island
* Construction of concrete pathway and pavements
* Construction of bird hide
* Supply and install of shade structures
* Landscaping
A detailed Project Brief of the extent of the Services required by Council is set out in Part 5 of this RFT.
