This grant seeks to engage a single national administrator for the John Flynn Placement Program. The John Flynn Placement Program provides funding for medical students to complete a placement which will introduce them to life as a doctor in a rural, regional or remote community. The program aims to attract more doctors to rural and remote areas to address areas of workforce shortage and improve the quality of healthcare for local communities.
