⁠⁠⁠Community Housing Ltd (CHL) is considering the replacement of its current disparate information systems with an integrated suite of software applications to better support the delivery and administration of services.

If you aren't familiar with our organisation, CHL is a not-for-profit company providing affordable housing for low to moderate income people who are unable to secure long-term affordable housing. Our focus is on developing housing options for those experiencing housing difficulty whilst continuously improving service delivery to residents so they can enjoy stable lives, raise families, engage in employment or study, and generally have enough to live on which is not always the case for many. We have now prepared a Request for Tender (RFT) and invite your company to respond explaining how:
* Your products may effectively support its operations and the benefits that are provided
* A solutions-based submission could meet its information needs.
