Tender Description
Redland City Council is seeking proposals from main/head Contractors for the upgrade of the existing sportsfield light systems at John Fredericks Park (also known as Sam Sciacca Sportsfield), located within Capalaba Football Club, Redland City.
Scope includes but is not limited to:
* On-site investigation testing of electrical systems (including electrical mains) and report
* Lighting design for sportsfields and outfields (using Council supplied lights), RPEQ certification, building application lodgement and approval
* Removal off-site of existing lights
* Installation/construction of all works (as agreed with Council) and associated testing, and
* Final RPEQ certification of 'As Constructed' drawings for electrical, light pole footing and lighting design.
