VicHealth is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2016-0277 to evaluate the VicHealth Alcohol Culture Change Initiative (“the Initiative”). The aim of the Initiative is to improve the drinking culture/s within specific risky drinking sub-populations in Victoria.
VicHealth is seeking to appoint a contractor to lead the Initiative Evaluation and build the evidence base on what works and what does not work in influencing alcohol culture change.
The objectives of this evaluation are to:
* Develop an overall Initiative evaluation plan, including the identification of relevant indicators to measure alcohol culture change
* Conduct overarching process, impact and outcome evaluation of projects funded under the Initiative
* Provide information regarding the sustainability/scalability of funded projects.
The initial term of the new contract arrangement is for 3.5 years. It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence in January 2017 and conclude in May 2020.
