Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for civil works.
The works shall be undertaken in English St (Wilberforce Rd to Pivetta St) Revesby and will generally involve construction of kerb and gutter, minor concrete footpath works, driveway crossings, kerb ramps and bike safe grates. Asphalt re-sheeting and linemarking will be undertaken by others.
The proposed works for English St (Wilberforce Rd to Pivetta St) must commence no earlier than 09/01/2017 during the school holiday to minimise the impact on local traffic conditions.
All works must be completed on or before 31/03/2017. Tenderers must provide a construction program and a list of resources to demonstrate their capacity to achieve this deadline.
Tenderers are advised to submit a work methodology which clearly demonstrates staging of the works.
