Tender Description
The works include the supply, installation and commissioning of 20m long pre-fabricated steel insert type mechanical service pit OR design, construction, fit-out, commissioning of insitu 20m long mechanical service pit at Culcairn Works Depot.
The associated works include the connection of all services to the pit as well as the replacement of two existing roller doors with the installation of a single roller door.
Particular attention is drawn to the inclusions listed on Pages 19, 20, 21 of the specification.
Tenderers may conduct site inspections on their own behalf by arrangement with the GHSC contact person although a non-compulsory site meeting will be held Monday 26 September 2016 at 10.00 am, which tenderers are encouraged to attend.
