Tender Description
The Participating Council’s are seeking the services of Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) who will assist to maximise emissions savings, with the most transparent measurement and verification method, for a number of key facilities.
The participating Councils propose to use a similar project methodology as used by the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) for delivery of the Greener Government Buildings Program. The EOI responses will enable the Participating Council’s to select ESCOs to be invited to respond to an RFP to provide detailed facility studies for each participating Council.
Submissions must be received by the Expression of Interest (EOI) CLOSING DATE or as otherwise changed by addenda. Submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of EOI document enclosed.
