With the pending completion of the existing tracking contract, YVW is looking for expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide insight services and execute the Customer Tracking Program at YVW.

We want to evolve our tracking program from having lots of research data and some insights to having an insightful program that enables us to continuously improve performance and supports the business to be customer centric.

To select a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to execute the tracking program the following process applies:
* Calling for Expressions of Interest from qualified organisations;
* Registering suitable organisations; and
* Inviting selected (registered) organisations to tender.
