Tender Description
Expressions of Interest ('EOI') are invited for the Restoration of the Indoor 25m Pool at Harold Holt Swim Centre for a Fixed Price Lump Sum Contract.
The proposed works include the replacement of the pool's surfaces, fixtures and fittings, construction of new membranes at the pool's expansion and construction joints and inside the balance tanks and wetdeck channels. Implementation of pool accessibility improvements to provide a permanent access point into the 25m pool for people with mobility impairment and possible upgrade of the pool's hydraulic system.

Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any EOI, or part thereof. EOI's received after the closing time will not be considered.
