Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network (HNECC) is pleased to call for submissions for Collaborative Health Innovation Project funding.
The Collaborative Health Innovation Project is inviting grant applications for one-off seed funding up to $50,000 (GST inclusive).
There are no provisions for recurrent funding under the Collaborative Health Innovation Project.
In addition to the Collaborative Health Innovation Project, there will be further opportunities to apply for grant funding from HNECC. These opportunities will be communicated when they become available.
For this current project, we are seeking to fund proposals and projects that take a new approach to solving problems, especially those that can be evaluated and have potential for expansion and further development.
We encourage collaborations and partnerships that facilitate combining knowledge and resources to achieve a shared goal.
It is desirable that applications will, in some form:
* Demonstrate collaboration between two or more organisations
* Address priorities or needs identified in the HNECC Health Planning Compass or LGA Snapshots
* Support new or improved models of care
* Demonstrate the generation of better health outcomes, strong patient and clinician experience, and/or strong efficiency
* Drive new technology-enabled care models
* Demonstrate reach to vulnerable groups or communities, or
* Demonstrate either financial or in-kind support for the project.
