Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out the upgrade of the Ashfield Town Centre as detailed in the Request for Tender documents.
Council intends to appoint a Principal Contractor for the work, which includes new footpath paving, construction of a cantilevered walkway and deck, new kerb and gutters, road re-construction and re-sheeting, changes to traffic and parking, adjustments to traffic signals, new signage and linemarking, tree planting and landscaping, installation of multi-function poles, street lighting, street furniture and drainage works.
