Tender Description
The Principal is seeking tenders from suitably experienced commercial cleaning contractors to provide commercial cleaning services across various City of Swan buildings and public facilities located in Altone Place.
The Principal operates a variety of buildings and facilities including administration buildings, libraries, pavilions, community facilities and barbecues. It is the Principal's responsibility to provide facilities which are visually and hygienically clean. This is of utmost importance for the health and wellbeing of users of the Principal's facilities.
The Contract shall be in force for the period from the date of award until 31 May 2020. The Principal reserves the right to extend the period of the Contract by a further two (2) periods of twelve (12) months at the end of the initial period to the maximum total period of sixty (60) months.
