Tender Description
The Northern Territory PHN (NT PHN) invites applications from organisations and community groups to undertake small preventive health projects. The Preventive Health Grants program is offering small grants of up to $15,000 (GST exclusive) for local projects or activities which will build capacity and improve health outcomes in rural and remote communities. Projects must be undertaken and completed between 3 October and 30 June 2017.
Applicants will be able to apply by downloading the application form and guidelines, and submitting electronically to prevention@ntphn.org.au or through Tenderlink.
Applications close 5pm, 12 September 2016.
