Tender Description
The provision of a quality assured contract for hard and soft landscape works at Fairpark Reserve, Ferntree Gully. The contract will be for a period of 16 weeks from the date of written acceptance of Tender. Practical Completion will be achieved once all landscape works have been completed to the satisfaction of the Superintendent. A Compulsory Pre‐Tender Meeting will be held at the Knox City Council Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South, in Function Room 1 at 4pm on Wednesday 31st August 2016. Tender forms and specification may be obtained by Monday 22nd August 2016 for a non refundable cost of $75.00 (incl. GST) at our Customer Service Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South.
Tenders must be submitted on forms supplied and be lodged in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre by 3pm on Wednesday 7th September 2016.
Tenders for all contracts must be lodged in the Tender Box on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South prior to the closing date in a sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number. Facsimile or late submissions will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest and/or any tender.
