Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠UrbanGrowth NSW and co-owner The GPT Group, are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced developers to purchase the Newcastle East End portfolio in one line or as individual blocks. The 1.66ha CBD site has allowed architects to create a series of seven distinctive blocks, each with the potential to provide its own stand alone development within an overall englobo master plan. The site has DA approval for a mixed use development comprising 55,400m2 GFA.
