Redevelopment Opportunity: 6 Meninya Street, Moama

⁠⁠⁠Murray River Council is seeking proposals for the future purchase and redevelopment of the former Murray Shire Office site at 6 Meninya Street, Moama.

Located at a prominent gateway position into Moama, the soon to be vacant site presents an opportunity for a high-quality development that delivers strong community, economic and visitor benefits for the region.

Council is inviting developers and investors to participate in a two-stage Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

Stage 1, Expression of Interest (EOI) is now open.

EOI submissions should outline:

• Experience and capability

• Proposed concept for the site

• Community and economic benefits

• Financial capacity

Submissions will be assessed to shortlist respondents for Stage 2 of the process.
