Warrnambool WRP Aeration System Replacement

⁠⁠⁠Scope of Works: The works include the design (where applicable),

Manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and documentation of all the works shown on the Drawings and described in the Specification. The works include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
* Removal of residual mixed liquor, sludge removal and disposal from each of the IDEA tanks, selector channels and the distribution channel, and cleaning of the tanks such that safe access is provided for workers.
* Draining of all mixed liquor in the distribution channel via pumping and/or sucker truck
* Removal of existing aeration diffusers, manifolds, laterals and other associated pipework in each of the IDEA tanks, selector channels and the distribution channel
* Supply and installation of new diffusers, manifolds and laterals in each of the IDEA tanks, selector channels and the distribution channel
* All necessary pipework, valves and fittings for the new diffusers, manifolds and laterals including isolation valves, control valves, pressure reducing valves, instrumentation, downcomers, fixed submerged aeration equipment and all pipe supports
* Replacement of the existing pressure reducing valve on the aeration pipework prior to the distribution channel
* Construction of a new aeration drop pipe and associated valves and fittings for each of the four IDEA tanks
* Temporary bypass pumping from the selector channels to each IDEA tank during works in the distribution channel
* Supply of power to the bypass pumps during works in the distribution channel (provisional item)
* Supply and installation of a new chemical dosing system to enable cleaning of the new aeration diffusers (provisional item)
* Relocation of water services near the distribution channel for access (provisional item)
* Testing and commissioning of all works
* Operation and maintenance manuals
* Training
* As constructed documentation
* Performance testing
