Tender Description
Tenderers are invited to supply, print and deliver Transport Concession Entitlement Cards to customers, provide Return to Sender (RTS) mail management and also provide related printing and distribution services, as required.
Transport Concession Entitlement Cards have been introduced to standardise and replace numerous existing proofs of entitlement (bespoke cards and Magnetic Strip Tickets (MSTs)) that are issued to TfNSW customers to prove their eligibility to various concession products.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Governments Code of Practice for Procurement.
Tenderers will be required to sign a Confidentially Deed prior to receiving the RFP e-Tendering password to down load the complete suite of RFP documentation.
Tenders must be lodged electronically at the Transport for NSW e-Tendering website.
