Dru Point Kiosk Operation & Vehicle Gate Services

⁠⁠⁠Kingborough Council is seeking tenders for operation of the Dru Point Kiosk, opening and closing of the vehicle access gate and management of barbeque bookings at Dru Point Bicentennial Park, Dru Point, Margate, Tasmania 7054. In addition to the above mandatory components tenderers are invited to include optional additional pricing for cleaning of toilets and barbeques within the Dru Point Bicentennial Park. Tenders for the optional cleaning services will only be considered where offered in addition to the primary scope. In submitting a tender including the cleaning services tenderers should note that Council may elect not to include the cleaning services.

Closing Time: 2.00 pm Friday 9 September 2016.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 11.00 on Wednesday 24 August 2016 at Dru Point Bicentennial Park. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.

Tender documents are only available to registered suppliers by downloading from this portal. Registration is free and can be achieved through the link at the top of this page.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum (see link below). Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box (see link below). Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received it is recommended that the Tender is uploaded again. Tenders not fully uploaded to the electronic tender box by the Closing Time will not be received nor considered. Tenders will not be accepted by hand delivery, by post, by facsimile or by email. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted. Council does not commit to include cleaning services and may determine the provider for these through a separate exercise.
