Request For Proposal - General Practice Cleaning Services

⁠⁠⁠Glebe Hill Family Practice (GHFP) and GHFP Nurture invite proposals from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide General Practice cleaning services.

The practices intend to appoint either:

a) a single contractor to service both sites, or

b) a separate contractor for each site.

Purpose:

Glebe Hill Family Practice (GHFP) and GHFP Nurture are seeking proposals from suitably qualified contractors to provide professional cleaning services.

We aim to appoint:

• A single contractor across both sites , or

• Separate contractor per site

The desired cleaning schedule per site is: Glebe Hill Family Practice:

Upstairs area

• Tuesday evening and Thursday evening ( from 6:30pm )

Upstairs and Downstairs area

• Saturday afternoon \ evening ( from 1:00pm )

GHFP Nurture:

• Tuesday evening and Thursday evening (from 6:30pm)

• Saturday afternoon \ evening (from 1:00pm)

Proposal Submission Suppliers wishing to submit a proposal can do so by completing the supplied application form.
