Tender Description
An opportunity exists for an appropriately qualified and experienced organisation to provide a Victorian based out-of-hours call centre service for the HJO to support the request for bail justices. This Service Provider will receive calls from Victoria Police and DHHS who will request the attendance of a bail justice at bail/remand or interim accommodation order hearings. Upon this request, the Service Provider will telephone bail justices to secure an available bail justice to attend the hearings.
