Frankston City Council requires a number of highly skilled individuals to become members of an Independent Panel which will assess applications submitted for Council’s Small Business Grants Program.
Frankston City Council issues a limited number of business grants of up to $15,000 in a competitive merit-based program held annually. Program objectives include employment creation, building a resilient local economy, activating commercial precincts and shifting perceptions about the Frankston City municipality.
Panellists will be required to spend up to 15 hours assessing all grant applications and meet once to make a final determination on which applications to recommend to Council for support.
Panellists will be required to assess applications (individually) between Monday 24 October and Friday 4 November. Panellists will then be required to convene as a group for half a day on Monday 7 November to make a final determination on grant recipients. Further details will be confirmed following the selection of the panel.

Panellists will be paid a set nominal fee for their involvement. Panellists will be required to assessed all online applications via the Smarty Grants system.
