Tenders are invited for refurbishment of the cladding on the retaining wall opposite nos. 229 to 243 Thompsons Road, Templestowe Lower.

Scope of the works include: Preparation of the substrate, treatment of the expansion joints, traffic management, supply and installation of the cladding in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification, and application of anti-graffiti emulsion.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
