Tender Description
The Contractor shall be responsible for construction, supply, installation and maintenance of all works specified herein and as shown on the Drawings including any ancillary works, making good or otherwise required to achieve the true intent and purpose of the works.
Briefly the works include:
preparation of occupational health and safety plan (OHS), site specific site protection plan SPP), environmental protection plan (EPP) and implementation of such plans;
* Excavation works for the skate bowls and skate elements;
* Service trenching, boxing out of drainage, excavations for footings associated with the skate areas;
* Supply and installation of subsoil drainage, drainage cell, stormwater pipes and pits to skate areas;
* Supply and installation of reinforced concrete base courses, footings and walls associated with the skate areas;
* Supply and installation of reinforced concrete pavements and stairs with colours and fini.
