Request for Proposal for the Provision of a Vegetation Management System and Implementation

⁠⁠⁠TasNetworks is conducting a request for proposal (RFP) process seeking submissions for a Vegetation Management System that meets TasNetworks business requirements with the view of conducting an options analysis and recommending a preferred solution to then seek Business approval for implementation. TasNetworks is under no obligation to award a contract for this Request for Proposal.

TasNetworks requires a Vegetation Management System with capability in strategic management, program management and works management that meets regulatory requirements.

Further details are provided in the attached RFP document pack, please review all documents in the pack. Ensure in your Tender submission you address all the requirements listed in the VMS RFP Vendor Information Pack (including the vendor requirements response matrix embedded in the document), complete the Company Details document and a signed Declaration by Vendor, which are included in the tender pack, along with any other supporting documentation.

Responses are requested in Portable Document Format (PDF) and must be lodged in the Tenderlink electronic tender box set up for this Tender by the closing time 2:00pm AEST Monday the 29th of August 2016.

Note: DMAX Lite software will NOT be used for submissions to this Tender (see electronic tender box option below).
