RMS requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced PSC personnel on the project.
All tenders must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.
The first PSC position, Resident Engineer, will report directly to the RMS Senior Project Manager and assist in the administration of the Design & Construction Contract and shall prepare, review and/or participate in activities associated with the construction.
You must format your Tender according to the following guidelines and using the structure set out in the Request For Tender. We may regard your Tender as non-complying if you fail to adhere to these requirements.
Your Tender must be complete without cross references to information previously supplied to us. Where any previously submitted information is relevant, you must resubmit it to us with your Tender.
Your Tender must address the RFT clearly and concisely, and your Tender must be free of irrelevant marketing material. You must identify all services needed to meet our required outcomes, together with their costs.
You must base your Tender on the best information available at the time you submit your Tender. We rely on your knowledge and expertise as expressed in your Tender.
