Supply & Delivery of Soil Aggregates & Crushed Rock

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are hereby invited for Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) 2570 - Supply and Delivery of Soil Aggregates and Crushed Rock.

Council reserves the right to change the tender specifications prior to making a decision on the tenders submitted in response to this invitation. The Council will invite all Tenderers to change their tenders to take account of any changes in the tender specifications.

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum (see option below). Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five (5) calendar days prior to the tender closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Lodgement of Submissions: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission (see option below), using the response forms within the tender documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours Before tender closing.

Closing Time and Date: The tender closes at 4.30 pm on Tuesday 16 August 2016. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders will not be accepted.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
