Tender Description
The Tender Contract requires the selected Contractor to undertake the Design and Construction of (Stage 1) infrastructure, building and landscape works for Cranbrook School in the Wolgan Valley.
Project commencement date: 12 September 2016
Stage 1 is proposed to be completed during the first school term of 2017, and consists of additional site infrastructure and facilities to support longer stay camping, including;
* Access road.
* Service shed.
* Civil works to form the Crescent.
* Crescent wall.
* Bin Store.
* Parking.
* Student Hall and Refuge.
* Staff accommodation building,
* The long table.
* Kiln.
* Kitchen.
* Associated services.
