Tender Description
The role of Contractor is to provide tooling and services by means of deploying a Work Class Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) from a drilling rig (name still to be confirmed) for drilling and completion operations. The Contractor’s scope of work can include but not be limited to:
Offshore Completion & Drilling Work:
a) Provision of complete Work Class ROV;:
a. 150 hp minimum,
b. Payload 200 kg minimum,
c. Colour camera, high definition, zoom, and low light CCD,
d. 2 x HID Flood lighting (70 W minimum)
e. 4 x Variable intensity lighting
f. Digital data recording,
g. Obstacle avoidance sonar,
h. Pi tch and Roll Sensor,
b) Tooling (Sampling)
a. Manipulator arms (7 and 5 function),
b. Dredge pump
c. 2D Echo beam sounder
d. ROV Mounted HP water blaster,
e. BOP Intervention skid,
f. Wellhead and BOP gasket replacement tool,
g. Hydraulic cable cutter (25 mm capacity)
h. Hydraulic grinder
i. Injection skid for glycol and methanol,
j. Current metre
k. Inclinometer
l. PH metre
c) Launch and Recovery system (LARS)
a. Umbilical length at least 1.25”, 1500m.
d) Tether Management System (TMS)
a. 400 m tether
b. Camera and lighting
e) Offshore workshop container complete with ROV tools and equipment as required
f) ROV operations personnel
Onshore Work:
a) Workshop container or Toolbox complete with ROV tools and equipment as required.
b) Attendance at onshore SITs for Subsea Xmas Trees and Hardware, including ‘dummy’ ROV
c) ROV operations personnel
