Construction of Roads, Drainage And Associated works.
The works consists of the reconstruction of Raymond Street and the adjoining carpark at the Holbrook Submarine Park.
The Submarine Park is a busy tourist stop on the Hume Highway and experiences high volumes of traffic particularly during school holiday and long weekend periods. Tenderers should note that disruption during these times must be avoided and the programming of works and the pricing of this tender must reflect these restrictions.
A non-compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held on site on Monday the 18th of July at 1PM which prospective tenderers are advised to attend.
