Willoughby City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out refurbishment works to several public toilet buildings throughout the Local Government Area.
The works in this contract include the provision of all materials, labour, transport, tools, plant, and everything else necessary for the works to be completed as specified within the tender documentation.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday 20th July 2016, commencing at O H Reid Reserve Pavilion, at 10AM. The meeting will then move to other buildings as detailed in the tender documentation, concluding at 11:45AM at Clive Park Public Toilets, Sailors Bay Rd Northbridge.
All prospective Tenderers are required to attend the pre-tender meeting. A tender submitted by any Tenderer who has not attended the pre-tender meeting cannot be considered.
Tenders are to be submitted online at: www.tenderlink.com/nsroc OR within a sealed envelope endorsed:

and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood so as to be received in full prior to 11:00am, Wednesday 3 August 2016. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
