Tender Description
The Australia Council requires the services of a commercial cleaning company to provide cleaning and waste management to its 4433 m2 building in Surry Hills, Sydney.
The new contract would be for an initial period of two (2) years with the option of one (1), extension until 30 September 2019, exercisable at the sole discretion of the Australia Council. The contractor will provide staff who are trained and certified to provide these cleaning and waste management services.
Tenderers must be able to demonstrate that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity and relevant licenses, accreditations etc to fulfil the tender requirements.
