Expression of Interest for Handyman, Carpentry, and Painting Services

⁠⁠⁠Procured is a national property services organisation based in Melbourne. The business is seeking a panel of suitably qualified Handymen, Painters, and Carpenters to join us in providing maintenance services to our clients.

CORE SERVICE CAPABILITIES SOUGHT

1. General internal building (including minor external) and office hardware maintenance services are required. The services will usually occur on an ad-hoc basis.

Initially, Procured needs to respond to the following needs, but Respondents are invited to outline their offerings in relation to any other maintenance and project based fit-out capabilities.

Internal Hardware Repairs
* Undertake repairs and adjustments to doors including handles and hinges
* Undertake minor repairs to walls including patching and painting interior walls
* Undertake minor joinery repairs
* Undertake minor carpet repairs
* Undertake minor tiling repairs
* Refitting of fixtures in bathrooms
* Install locks to non-classified, furniture cabinets
* Where necessary co-ordinate repair works with other service providers.

External Repairs
* Undertake minor fencing repairs
* Undertake minor roofing repairs
* Gutter and car park clean-ups

Workstations
* Assemble, install, reconfigure, disassemble and reposition work stations
* Undertake minor repairs to workstations
* Make adjustments to workstation heights

Loose Furniture and Office Equipment
* Assemble, install and reposition office furniture
* Repair furniture items and/or facilitate the repair through co-ordinating repair works with other service providers
* Non-structural adjustments or repairs to compactus units
* Assemble and install shelving
* Remove, hang and relocate televisions
* Hang items including photographs, pictures, artwork and other miscellaneous wall fixtures such as clocks, whiteboards, pin boards etc

Ad Hoc Requirements
* Install, remove and relocation of office signage
* Replace and repair miscellaneous building items such as tiles, carpet, blinds and other window treatments
* Replace ceiling tiles
* Supply miscellaneous joinery items necessary for works requested
* Facilitate repairs required by other trades through client approved service providers
* Other ad hoc maintenance as required

2. Professional painting services.

All painting works must be completed as per AS/NZS 2311:2009 Special reference is made to the proper removal of lead based paint and appropriate works management required by building management.
