Tender Description
SMCT is requesting submissions to identify prospective suppliers for the supply of Cleaning services for all SMCT sites. The minimum requirements for delivery of service are:
* Public Liability of $ 20 million
* Proven Cleaning Services Company
* Proof of service delivery across multiple sites
* Ability to provide suitable cleaning reporting systems and procedures.
* Proven Industrial Practice and OH&S policy
* Quality Assured Company
* Compliance with Industry Awards
If you are interested in providing a response for these works, please ensure that you complete and provide the requested information and documentation by no later than 3.00 pm Monday 25 July 2016.

All queries received by 3.00 pm Monday 18 July 2016, will be answered in total by no later than 3.00 pm Thursday 21st July 2016.
SMCT expects to notify all respondents whether they have been successful or unsuccessful in being selected for participation in the follow-on tender within 2-3 weeks of EOI submission.
