Tender Description
Horsham Rural City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced commercially registered Building Contractors to undertake the design and construction of a new Amenities block including Accessible toilet and Changing Places Facility at May Park, Horsham.
The works include, without limitation to: design of the new facility, construction of a new Amenities block, accessible toilet and Changing Places Facility including internal fitout, slab and footing design, plumbing and electrical works as required.
**Note: Works must be fully complete no later than Friday 2 December 2016.
Tenders close 12 Noon Monday 1 August 2016
Tenders must be clearly marked “Tender 17/002 Design and Construct – New Amenities Block May Park, Horsham” and must be uploaded to the e Tender Portal on Council’s website at www.tendersearch.com.au/horsham-rural-city-council Alternatively, hard copies may be lodged in Council’s Tender Box which is located in the main reception area of the Municipal Offices, Roberts Avenue, Horsham, or posted to: -
