Tender Description
These agencies are the Department of the Attorney General (DoTAG), Department of Corrective Services (DCS), Department of Culture and the Arts (DCA), Department of Education (DoE) - North and South (primarily schools located in the Perth Metro area), Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES), Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) and Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA).
The Management Services include but are not limited to:
- Breakdown Repairs;
- Low Value Maintenance Work; and
- Projects.
In order to meet its obligations under its Maintenance Service Arrangement (MSA) with BMW, Programmed FM is seeking to simplify and streamline its practises by establishing a robust subcontractor network to deliver Works and Services across agencies.
Programmed FM is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced subcontractors to undertake these Works and Services under the General Building and Specialist Trades category.
A briefing session will be held at 18 Miles Road, Kewdale at 15 Jul, 2016 9:30 AM .
A Mandatory briefing session will be held @ 18 Miles Road, Kewdale on 15 July 2016 @ 9:30am.

Only 2 persons per subcontractor allowed.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
