Tender Description
The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is offering an opportunity to lease Fort Denison, within Sydney Harbour National Park. An initial five year term with a five year option is being offered.
An area of at least 470.5m2 is available (representing the current lease area). Proposals to lease other parts of the island will also be considered.
The premises are offered in their current condition. Respondents are required to satisfy themselves as to the state and condition of the building, services and facilities of the site.
