Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the construction of a sythetic soccer field at Park Reserve in Doncaster.
The synthetic playing field will have a footprint of approximately 7,400 square metres and the facility will be utilised as:
* A sports field for Football (soccer) - Full size and mini field requirements; and
* General public recreation
The works include:
* Site Establishment;
* Demolition;
* Construction of a viewing mound;
* Drainage works;
* Retaining wall construction;
* Asphalt path works;
* Concrete works and other associated civil works;
* Water works;
* Fencing and protective netting installation;
* Electrical Works;
* Construction of synthetic soccer pitch including subgrade preparation, shock pad, surfacing and linemarking to specified sports standards;
* Maintenance; and
* Testing to the International Federation Performance Standard - FIFA Quality Program for Turf (FIFA 1 Star)
