Tender Description
The Forrest Centre is seeking suitably qualified builders to submit an EOI for works at the Mary Potter Nursing Home in Wagga Wagga.
Works will include an additional 20 beds comprising the expansion of the existing dementia care wing and the addition of a specialist palliative care unit. Other works will include refurbishment of existing foyer, offices and specialist care areas.
Submission should include licence and qualification details, a history of works highlighting aged care/health experience and referee details.
A select tender list will be invited to price the works.
